Dall&#8217;alberghiera fino al cocktail Alpine Frozen, con tecnica, ambizione e crescita continua dietro al bancone.<\/p>\n<p>Ci sono percorsi che nascono in <strong data-start=\"32\" data-end=\"43\">sordina<\/strong>, quasi senza dichiararsi, e che nel tempo si trasformano in scelte\u00a0<strong data-start=\"111\" data-end=\"122\">precise<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"124\" data-end=\"139\">consapevoli<\/strong>. Quello di\u00a0<strong data-start=\"151\" data-end=\"170\">Diego De Franco<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 uno di questi. Vent\u2019anni, nato a\u00a0<strong data-start=\"206\" data-end=\"215\">Pavia<\/strong>\u00a0e cresciuto a\u00a0<strong data-start=\"230\" data-end=\"247\">Zinasco Nuovo<\/strong>, \u00e8 uno di quei giovani che hanno deciso di puntare sul mondo del\u00a0<strong data-start=\"313\" data-end=\"320\">bar<\/strong>\u00a0con\u00a0<strong data-start=\"325\" data-end=\"343\">determinazione<\/strong>, costruendo passo dopo passo il proprio\u00a0<strong data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"394\">spazio<\/strong>, con\u00a0<strong data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"412\">pazienza<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"427\">lucidit\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il primo contatto con questo\u00a0<strong data-start=\"461\" data-end=\"473\">ambiente<\/strong>\u00a0arriva gi\u00e0 a 14 anni, tra i banchi della scuola alberghiera\u00a0<strong data-start=\"534\" data-end=\"543\">APOLF<\/strong>\u00a0di Pavia. Non solo\u00a0<strong data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"573\">studio<\/strong>, ma\u00a0<strong data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"601\">esperienze concrete<\/strong>: stage sul territorio, competizioni tra istituti, opportunit\u00e0 all\u2019estero. \u00c8 proprio in quegli anni che qualcosa cambia. L\u2019incontro con il docente\u00a0<strong data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"767\">Daniele Dagradi<\/strong>\u00a0rappresenta un passaggio\u00a0<strong data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"803\">chiave<\/strong>: \u00ab\u00c8 stato lui a farmi innamorare di questo lavoro &#8211; racconta Diego -,\u00a0una\u00a0<strong data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"889\">passione<\/strong>\u00a0che da quel momento smette di essere un\u2019idea e diventa\u00a0<strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"958\">direzione<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dalle prime esperienze al debutto nell&#8217;hotellerie: il percorso di Diego De Franco<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le prime esperienze nei locali del\u00a0<strong data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1009\">pavese<\/strong>\u00a0sono solo l\u2019inizio. Finita la scuola, arriva il salto nel mondo delle\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1092\">stagioni<\/strong>. La prima, all\u2019<strong data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1127\">Hotel Hermitage<\/strong>\u00a0all\u2019<strong data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1148\">Isola d\u2019Elba<\/strong>, \u00e8 di quelle che non si dimenticano:\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1197\">intensa<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1211\">faticosa<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1226\">formativa<\/strong>. Li al timone dei bar dell\u2019hotel incontra\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1291\">Marco Giovarruscio<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1338\">Consigliere Nazionale Abi Professional<\/strong>. \u00ab\u00c8 stata dura &#8211; afferma Diego &#8211; ma fondamentale. Far parte del\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1418\">team di lavoro<\/strong>\u00a0per quella splendida perla di\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1464\">accoglienza<\/strong>\u00a0mi ha insegnato a credere in me stesso e ad andare avanti\u00bb.\u00a0Da l\u00ec il percorso prende\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1565\">velocit\u00e0<\/strong>. La\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1582\">Sardegna<\/strong>\u00a0diventa una tappa importante, con l\u2019esperienza al\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1660\">Valle dell\u2019Erica Resort<\/strong>, nella splendida\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1678\" data-end=\"1689\">Gallura<\/strong>. Un contesto di\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1722\">alto livello<\/strong>, dove la bellezza del panorama si accompagna a ritmi serrati e grande richiesta\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1820\">professionale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00c8 stata una delle stagioni pi\u00f9 significative: ho lavorato tanto e imparato tanto. Sono felice di essere stato confermato anche per la prossima stagione\u00bb. Un lavoro svolto a stretto contatto con\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2036\">Irene Deiara<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2057\">Ernesto Molteni<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2080\">Fiorenzo Colombo<\/strong>, praticamente il vertice di\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2132\">A.b.I. Professional<\/strong>.\u00a0L\u2019inverno lo porta invece a\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2177\">Cervinia<\/strong>, dove continua a mettersi alla prova, accumulando\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2228\" data-end=\"2242\">esperienza<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2263\">consapevolezza<\/strong>. Perch\u00e9, come gli disse una volta un signore incontrato lungo il percorso: \u00abNon si smette mai di imparare\u00bb.
